Using the store
Access to and use of the Faierr website is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. Disclaimer
We take care that the descriptions, prices and photographs on the store are accurate when they are published. Screen colour and resolution can differ from the cloth. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss of profit or a consequential loss from using the site or relying on its content.
Where a consumer law will not let us exclude liability, that liability is limited to resupplying the piece or refunding the price you paid for it.
Security
Payment is taken on PayPal. We do not store your card number. We do not guarantee the absolute security of every system used to access the internet. More about the information we keep is on the privacy page.
Other websites
A link on this store, if one appears, goes to a site we do not operate. We are not responsible for that site or for products and services offered there.
Intellectual property
The Faierr name, the layout of this store, and the photographs and product imagery we publish here are protected. You may view pages and print a copy for your own information. You may not copy, frame, adapt or reuse the content for another shop without our written consent.
Making electronic or other copies of products displayed on this website with the intent of reproducing them in whole or in part is prohibited.
Purchases and payment
Give a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for a parcel sent to an address you typed incorrectly, and the cost of correcting that shipment is yours.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed through PayPal. You are sent to PayPal to pay. You do not need a PayPal account balance to pay; PayPal offers the methods it shows you. We do not offer Afterpay or any other pay-later plan.
After PayPal confirms the payment, the order is accepted. Some orders are checked for fraud. We may email you to confirm a detail before the order ships.
Discount codes
This store does not publish a standing discount code. A code from another shop will not be accepted.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days. The shipping page sets the cut-off: an order placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, leaves the same business day. An order placed after that cut-off, or on a weekend or a federal holiday, leaves the next business day.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be changed. Write to us before it ships if the address is wrong. Tracking is emailed when the carrier has it.
Unclaimed parcels
If a receiver refuses a parcel, or does not collect it, the carrier may return it or dispose of it under that carrier’s rules. A parcel that is refused or abandoned is not automatically refunded. Write to us with the tracking number and we will tell you what the carrier has done.
Fraud
If an order looks fraudulent we will email the address on the order and ask you to confirm it. If we do not hear back within 7 days we may cancel the order and refund the PayPal payment.
Cancellation
We may cancel an order if we cannot supply the piece, and we email you when we do. The PayPal payment is refunded. We are not liable for a consequential loss from that cancellation.
A pre-order can be cancelled before it ships by emailing us. That refund goes back to the original PayPal payment within 3–5 business days.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns follow those two pages. Standard shipping is $9.99 USD, or free over $130, in 3–7 business days. Express is $19.99 USD, or free over $350, in 2–4 business days. Next business day is $24.99 USD.
A cash refund is available within 14 days of delivery for an eligible full-priced United States order. Return shipping of $11.99 USD is deducted from the refund. Final Sale, markdown, promotional, and hygiene-restricted pieces are excluded. Direct exchanges are not available. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.
Text messages
We do not operate a marketing text-message program. We do not send cart reminders by SMS. Consent to a text message is not required to buy.
